CANCELLATION POLICY
Rescheduling & cancellations must be done at least 48 hours in advance using the link on your confirmation email. Deposits for cancellations are Non refundable. No call no show will be blocked from scheduling in the future and you will loose your deposit & 50% of the service total. There is a 10 min grace period, in order not to disrupt the following clients appointment, your session will be shortened and you are expected to pay for the full service. Late arrivals past 10 min will be cancelled and marked as a No show, resulting in losing your holding deposit & 50 % of the service total.
